On 7th of November, Beijing Municipal Committee and Government has announced that BCEG had an acquisition with Beijing Municipal Road and Bridge Group which is another state-owned construction enterprise in Beijing.
It was announced that the state-owned assets of Beijing Municipal Road and Bridge Group were transferred to BCEG free of charge.
After the acquisition, the 13th five-year plan of BCEG is positioned to be the first-class engineering construction and comprehensive service group in the industry. The main business will cover design consulting, construction engineering and municipal public works, real-estate development and property management as well as environmental protection.
